Why we built it

A school run by volunteers, on paper and chat groups

Attendance, who serves in which team, what a meeting decided and who must do it — all tracked by hand. The school aims for 700 students, and the leaders needed one app they could use without training.

01

Users are volunteers, not experts

The first version was complete but felt dense, so everyone now starts in a simple view: a few big tools, plain words, help on every page.

02

Different people, different work

A door volunteer, a teacher and the leadership each get their own workspace.

03

Departments depend on each other

Requests go straight to the department that can answer, and become tasks with a name and a date.

04

Built around the school's calendar

Local dates, the church year driving the day's readings, and typing in the local script from any phone.
