Plainly: what happens to your information.

Only what you choose to send us:

• Project brief — your name, email, and the answers you give about your project, timeline and budget.
• Call request — your name, email, preferred time window and any context you add.
• Email — anything you send to shifstudio.et@gmail.com.

We don't run advertising trackers or sell data, and there's no mailing list to be added to.

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare for a conversation with you, and — if we work together — deliver the project. We won't contact you about anything unrelated.

We use a small number of service providers to run this site:

• Vercel — hosts the website, and provides privacy-friendly, cookie-free visit and performance analytics.
• Neon — database where submitted briefs and call requests are stored.
• Resend — delivers submissions to our inbox as email notifications.

Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.

The site remembers your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage, and notes for the current visit whether a one-time prompt has already been shown. Neither is sent to us, and neither identifies you.

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client project records are kept for as long as needed to support the work and meet legal or accounting obligations.

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you've sent us at any time — email shifstudio.et@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
